Seven Things I Can Do Well
- Bake rolls (dinner rolls and sweet rolls). I'll bake sweet rolls if someone will come and visit.
- Spending money. I had a great time getting things to put into Mom's new apartment. It looks really cute.
- Playing games with the grandkids. Monopoly anyone?
- Sharing stoies about the grandkids. "We had so much fun camping with Caleb last summer. He had to go potty so I . . ."
- The 12 Days of Christmas. I already have plans for next year.
- Listening (most of the time.)
- Nagging K.C--mostly about not losing Andrea.
Seven Things I Can't Do
- Save money.
- Keep the house, garage, yard house or my school room tidy.
- Stay out of trouble with my kids.
- Let something go.
- Say "no" to any of the grandkids.
- Tolerate biases.
- Quit missing those I have lost.
Seven Things I Always Say
- "I'm sorry."
- "Really?"
- "Blah, blah, blah."
- "Holy Moly!"
- "I can't do this."
- "How much do you need?"
- "I love you."
Seven Things I Love to Eat
- Chocolate ice cream
- Sugar cookies
- Southwest egg rolls from Chili's
- Roasted chicken salad from Firehouse
- Popcorn
- Turkey dinner
- Diet Cherry Coke
We have not been to chilis forever--we must go.
ReplyDeleteMmmm . . . chocolate ice cream.
ReplyDeleteFor not being able to tolerate biases, you sure hang out with the wrong crowd.
ReplyDeleteI chuckled reading this because I could hear your voice saying things like "Holy Moly." Especially when you're losing to Monopoly.
